Like all authentic, high-quality, non-stretch jeans, Brenda jeans will mold to your body. If the jeans you received are a little tight but you can breathe well, they're the right size! They'll stretch out on the first day for added comfort. If you bought the jeans in a larger size for a looser fit, then the size will not change.

Where are your jeans made?

The denim fabric is made from regenerative and recycled cotton. It is woven in Italy, and then our jeans are manufactured and washed using environmentally friendly methods in Portugal. Since 2019, we have worked with the same trusted partners to guarantee high-quality and responsible production.

Where can we try on jeans?

Patine jeans in stock on the website are also available in our store, open 7 days a week at 11 rue Debelleyme, Paris 3
Some of the jeans are also available at Galeries Lafayette Haussmann, 3rd floor, Creative Gallery area

What happens if I want to exchange/return my jeans?

Once your order is delivered, you have 14 days to return or exchange your jeans. If you wish to exchange them for a different size or style, we will cover the exchange shipping costs.

If the jeans you received are a little tight but you can breathe properly, it's the right size! The jeans will relax after the first day for more comfort.
If you took the jeans in a larger size for a looser fit, then the waist will not move.

How do your jeans fit?

The jeansBrendaCurvy and Wide leg are true to size, take your usual size of jeans without stretch. If you hesitate between two sizes, take the larger of the two. And if you already have a pair of Patine jeans from another edition and you have a doubt, write to us at hello@patine.fr, we will answer you quickly and well ;)

Où sont fabriqués vos jeans ?

La toile denim Brenda est réalisée en coton régénératif et coton recyclé. Elle est tissée en Italie puis nous faisons confectionner et délaver écologiquement nos jeans au Portugal.
La toile Donna composée de 98,5% de coton bio et 1,5% d’élasthanne ROICA™ v550 est tissée en Italie, chez notre partenaire historique Candiani

Depuis 2019 nous travaillons avec les mêmes partenaires de confiance pour garantir des productions de très grandes qualité et responsables.

J’ai déjà un jean Donna, je prends quelle taille ?

La nouvelle production taille petit, prenez une taille au-dessus de votre taille habituelle pour : les Donna classic bleu et noir, et le Donna flare bleu.
Pour le Donna flare noir, prenez votre taille habituelle.

Pourquoi avez-vous arrêté le Coreva stretch ? Ces jeans sont-ils aussi qualitatifs et confortables ?

La nouvelle toile est un denim très haut-de-gamme, toujours de la maison Candiani, avec toutes les qualités de durabilité identiques à notre précédente toile.
Même procédé et lieu de tissage, de teinture, puis rien ne change bien sûr pour la confection et le délavage, des étapes qui ont lieu au Portugal.
Concernant la fibre Coreva, nous vous confirmons que Candiani n’arrive plus à assurer une stabilité de la matière, les lots de fil stretch sont devenus inégaux, créant des défauts importants à l’étape du tissage, et surtout du délavage.
Nous avons rencontré d’énormes difficultés sur la production 2024 mettant en danger toute la chaine de valeur.
Nous croyons toujours en cette géniale innovation qu’est la fibre de Coreva mais les projets ont repassés en Recherche et Développement pour d'éventuels futures pièces dans les prochaines années.
La nouvelle composition contient de l’élasthanne certes, mais la version la plus écologique à ce jour sur le marché.
