Where do you deliver?

In Metropolitan France, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Portugal, Spain and Italy.

We do not currently deliver elsewhere because we do not yet have a low carbon footprint solution over long distances.

What are your shipping times?

In France and Monaco the deadlines are as follows:


Mondial Relay at collection point, 3 to 5 days.
Colissimo at pick-up point , 3 to 5 days.
Colissimo to your home, 2 to 3 days.
Chronopost , delivery within 24 hours from Monday to Thursday for all orders placed the day before 12 p.m.
Collection in store: within the limits of pieces available at Patine Studio, 8 rue Martel 75010. Click & collect is possible within 24 hours following the creation of your order. You will receive an email letting you know your order is ready for pickup! Then, you have 10 days to collect your order from Tuesday to Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. After this period your order will be refunded. This deadline does not apply to pre-ordered parts.

How to make a return and what are the refund deadlines?

Once your order is delivered we accept returns (of unworn clothing) for 14 days.


↳ For all orders placed from France and the European Union, go to this page : enter your email and your order number, choose your return option (exchange, credit or refund) and we will send you a Mondial label Relay to print and stick on your package to return your items to us.


↳ For orders delivered to Switzerland or the United Kingdom, contact us at hello@patine.fr .

Depending on your choice, we will refund you or send you your credit or exchange as soon as we have received your unworn item with its label. Initial delivery costs are not refunded, however we will cover the return costs.


If you are in Paris, you can also return your item to us at Studio Patine at 8, rue Martel 75010 Paris, from Tuesday to Saturday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

How to make an exchange?

Once your order is delivered we accept returns (of unworn clothing) for 14 days .

↳ For all orders placed from France and the European Union , go to this page : enter your email and your order number, choose the exchange option then the product for which you wish to exchange your item. We will send you a Mondial Relay label to print and stick on your package to return your items to us. Once we have received and checked them, we will ship your exchange order!


↳ For orders delivered to Switzerland or the United Kingdom , contact us directly at hello@patine.fr .


If you are in Paris, you can also return your item to us (and make an exchange) at Studio Patine at 8, rue Martel 75010 Paris, from Tuesday to Saturday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

🛍 Pieces purchased at Galeries Lafayette cannot be returned or exchanged online or at Patine Studio. You can only return your item to Galeries Lafayette.

How do pre-orders work?

When an item is on pre-order, we indicate the duration of the pre-order and the delivery date on the product page.


We do not separate the sending of orders , if you have another item of clothing that is not pre-ordered in your basket and you are in a hurry we advise you to place a 2nd order.


If, despite our advice, the size is not right, no problem, within 14 days of receipt of your order:

Return is free

What discount codes are available?

The only discounts available at this time are:


- Free delivery in France from 200€, the reduction applies automatically.


- GOODPACK20: -20% on your t-shirts from 3 Willie® from the Willie® Pack collection purchased, the reduction is not automatic, you must enter the code GOODPACK20 in the “Gift card or promo code ” box.
