Each year, Patine pushes the boundaries a little further to offer you fantastic limited editions while staying true to our (furry) roots. A non-exhaustive list: sparkly princess skirts and tartan shirts made from surplus fabrics, tomato-red jewelry, silver bags, mercerized socks, graphic tees to wear again... Sorry, no Labubus...while supplies last.

Dear Patine club, we answer all your questions!

Are returns being extended for Christmas?

Yes, for any purchase made between 20.11 and 24.12, you have until 6.01 to make your return!

Is click & collect available for Christmas?

Yes, it's possible to order online and have your order delivered free of charge to Patine Studio (Paris 3rd arrondissement). Delivery takes approximately 4 days. You must order before December 18th to receive your order in time for Christmas!

Is it possible to have gift wrapping?

Yes! To do this, simply select the option in your shopping cart before finalizing your order.
We will include in your package a recycled pouch, a Patina sticker and a small card to attach to your package.

Is Patine Studio open for Christmas?

Patine Studio is open every day, from Monday to Sunday and on December 24th until 5pm.
To get there: 11 rue Debelleyme, Paris 3rd arrondissement.

Is it possible to pay in installments?

Payment in installments is available free of charge on the website and at Patine Studio, with Alma, for purchases of €100 or more.
Available in 3 or 4 installments without fees, depending on the amount of your basket.

Am I guaranteed to receive my order by Christmas?

We're doing our best to ensure all orders are shipped as quickly as possible and arrive on time. Please place your order before Thursday, December 18th to ensure it ships in time for Christmas!
