"I bought a "skort" in 2010 in Texas, during my honeymoon. In a vintage shop in Austin, a pair of shorts from the 80s. When I put them on, I felt like my legs were instantly twice as long (at least). I've worn them every summer since that day. With Vans, with gladiators... they've traveled a lot and I would miss them terribly if I lost them.
This skort is the starting point for this new Patine essential. We designed it in two complementary versions: in our black Brenda canvas, and then in a very luxurious beige cargo canvas.
They will be great in winter with tights, proof of which can be seen in a photo taken during the fitting of the first prototypes.
Unlike many "skirt-shorts," there's a skirt panel at the back, not just at the front. I wanted to extend its playing field beyond weekend and holiday use.
It's minimalist, sophisticated, and a formidable weapon for daring to wear short."
