The thread is Portuguese. GOTS organic cotton grew in Uganda. We have favored this cotton supplier because we are sure of its ecological and social commitment.
Its manufacturing pollutes 4x less water and 1.9x less air than a classic t-shirt.
The t-shirts are made in Portugal in the same workshop as all Marty® sweatshirts. They have the know-how that allows them to achieve a pretty crazy quality of finish, at the demanding level of our favorite vintage t-shirts, those that have withstood the years.
Willie® t-shirts are thick and do not pill. The seams are solid, the finishes super beautiful, they can simply be washed inside out at 30 degrees, and ironed a little with a gentle iron or not at all. You're going to take them everywhere.
